1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at perfeostra.center ("Website") and the services offered by PerfecOstra ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our Website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

PerfecOstra provides window installation, replacement, repair, and consultation services for residential and commercial properties throughout the United Kingdom. The specific services we offer include:

  • Window replacement
  • New window installations
  • Window repairs and maintenance
  • Window consultation services

All services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Quotations and Orders

3.1 Quotations

Quotations provided by PerfecOstra are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. All quotations are subject to a site survey and may be adjusted if the actual requirements differ from the information provided.

3.2 Orders

By placing an order with PerfecOstra, you are making an offer to purchase services. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance in writing or commence the provision of services.

3.3 Deposits

We require a 25% deposit for all orders to secure the materials and installation date. The balance is due upon completion of the installation, unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing.

3.4 Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us in writing. If cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the scheduled installation date, we will refund your deposit less a £150 administration fee. If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the scheduled installation date, your deposit may be non-refundable.

4. Installation and Warranties

4.1 Installation

We will make every effort to complete the installation on the agreed date. However, all dates provided are estimates only and time shall not be of the essence. We shall not be liable for any delay in installation that is caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

4.2 Access

You must provide clear access to all work areas on the day of installation. If our installers are unable to complete the work due to access issues, you may be charged a call-out fee and the installation will need to be rescheduled.

4.3 Warranties

All our windows come with a 10-year guarantee covering both products and installation. This warranty is subject to the following conditions:

  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase and notify us in writing of any defects as soon as they become apparent.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate, unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or debit card. Cash payments are accepted up to a maximum of £5,000.

5.3 Late Payment

If you fail to make any payment due under these Terms by the due date for payment, then, without limiting our remedies, you shall pay interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 4% per annum above the Bank of England's base rate from time to time. Such interest shall accrue on a daily basis from the due date until actual payment of the overdue amount.

6.1 Accuracy of Information

While we make every effort to ensure that the information on our Website is accurate and up-to-date, we do not warrant that this is always the case. The content on our Website is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information.

The compilation of all content on our Website is the exclusive property of PerfecOstra and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

  • Use our Website in any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Website.
